Tailored expert security solutions grounded in experience
Risk Assessments
We perform comprehensive threat and vulnerability analysis. Our in-depth analysis effectively identifies critical assets, their vulnerabilities and potential threats.
Assessments include site visits, staff interviews, and reviews of physical security features including hardware/software. The assessment also looks at internal legal, compliance, governance considerations and current security management and oversight.
After reviewing existing assets and security measures, threats and vulnerabilities of a facility, we then rate the risks. A detailed report is produced which provides specific recommended mitigations enabling the client to improve their security posture and reduce risks.
For example, today's critical infrastructure may face risks of drones, improvised explosive devices, and vehicular ramming attacks. We excel at evaluating existing physical security measures and recommending cost-effective mitigations to reduce risks to the business.
Physical Protection System Design
Our approach is to focus on identifying your current physical protection systems, then crafting an expert solution to fit your unique environment. We are independent, thus we do not sell specific hardware or software. We do want to maximize the effectiveness of your physical protection systems(PPS), whether they exist or need to be developed. Our integrated PPS enhancement effort seeks to improve your detection, delays, and responses. By reviewing existing systems, we can also develop and oversee the master plan to improve various elements of your physical protection systems, such as:
Access control systems
Locks and door hardware
Fence lines and gates
Video Management Systems
Intrusion detection systems
Visitor management systems
Response (StAFF, Security or Law enforcement)
Practical training keeps your team prepared and alert. We deliver training programs that are tailored to empower your team to respond confidently to threats, for example:
The Group takes pride in training employees and staff about security awareness, emergency procedures, violence in the workplace response protocols, and how to utilize and improve existing physical protective systems effectively.
We train small and medium-sized proprietary and contract guard forces about effective patrolling, reporting, post orders, emergency responses, interview techniques, situational awareness, identifying suspicious behaviors, the use of force, escalation and de-escalation techniques, and Security Operations Center management.

The Group creates and refines security policies, security procedural guidelines, and emergency response protocols based on your risks and needs. This includes integrating industry best practice standards and associated regulations regarding security.
By engaging us, you get best security practices; we utilize multiple benchmark security standards, developed by organizations such as ASIS International, Department of Homeland Security (DHS), American Chemical Council, American Petroleum Institute, and International Organization for Standardization ISO), not AI generated generic text.

Estate and Ranch Security
Our estate and ranch security approach creates an expert solution for the client’s physical protection system. Starting with the perimeter security we evaluate current sensors, cameras, gates, fence lines, lighting and access control systems. Touring the grounds, landscape, and land holdings would be next; evaluating visibility lines, natural barriers, ease of detection of intruders, and the access and timing of response elements. We also assess building security, any detection sensors/systems, the delays features at all entry points, and the interior delays and safe rooms. The review includes assessing existing alarms, AI agents, and smart home systems.
A consideration of work and lifestyle factors are included in our security approach. For example, a family's needs may be different than a single executive's needs.
The audit also considers existing land management security and emergency protocols. Detailed analysis of evacuation routes, building safe rooms, and communications with security response and emergency services are accomplished. The final report will include holistic recommendations to reduce your risks to people and assets, and sound mitigations of identified vulnerabilities and threats.

Secured Clients Assets in a Major Datacenter against Emerging Threats
Risk Assessment
Recently we performed a comprehensive physical security risk assessment (SRA) for a critical infrastructure site, a datacenter, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending tailored mitigation strategies that balanced cost and effectiveness. Even though the datacenter had a risk assessment done two years prior, and had an on-site security manager, our assessment identified significant perimeter and parking vulnerabilities which the center accepted and mitigated.
Our client's workspaces and servers were in separate areas within the datacenter. Most datacenters have multiple tenants/clients, and once we passed through the datacenter access controls, we located our client assets.
Consequently, our SRA identified certain vulnerabilities with that arrangement. Our mitigations for our client included installing workspace and server access controls, securing our cabling and hardware/software from tampering or intrusion. These mitigation actions were critical for the physical security of client's datacenter workspaces and servers.
The project took approximately three months; the workspace was operational, functional, and secure.

Training Program
Our team delivered hands-on security training to a corporate client. The training focused on threat recognition and rapid response techniques to enhance personal safety.
The client recently had a violence in the workplace incident when firing an employee. The HR staff and security needed help concerning how better to manage the process. The review before the training included a site assessment and review of current policies and procedures for this type of HR action.
The solution included staff and security officers verbal de-escalation training, and training in the revised protocol. This included role playing various scenarios. The consequences of the training was immediate. Incidents of this type dropped dramatically for this site.
